Forte Hotel Group Anti-Fraud Notice

Dear Valued Guest,

As fraudulent activities have recently become increasingly prevalent, we would like to remind you to remain vigilant against scam calls and fraudulent schemes.

Our company hereby makes the following statement:

Recently, fraudsters have been taking advantage of consumers purchasing vouchers or making purchases online. They may claim that a transaction has been duplicated or that a refund or special offer is available, and then ask customers to cancel the transaction, change the payment method to installments, or take other actions. Please do not respond to or comply with such requests.
Hotel staff will never proactively contact customers by phone to request any credit card information, ask guests to purchase prepaid or points cards, make installment payments, or transfer money via ATM.

If you have any questions regarding voucher purchases, please be sure to contact the original voucher provider directly.
If you encounter any similar situation, please immediately call Taiwan's Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 or contact our company at (02) 2719-2023, so that we can report the incident to the police and maintain communication with the relevant authorities.
We hereby provide this notice for your awareness. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

Wishing you peace, safety, and all the best.
